Rental Options

Option 1 - A Seven Month Guaranteed Rental Plan (Comboplan)

This option provides owners with a guaranteed income for 7 months (April 1st - October 31st). It also givesÝ owners the opportuntiy to use / rent the propertyÝ themselvesÝ from November to March. This optionÝ would also allow the developer to generate additional rentals (if required)Ýduring the Nov - March period, although this is not guaranteed and would be subject to demand.Ý

OFFER - Option 1 will be guaranteed forÝ3 years to anyone who reserves a property by the 31st May 06Ý- (PHASE 2 ONLY)

Option 2 - Flexible Letting PlanÝ

This is a plan where bookings may be made by the owner orÝ the developer - An ideal situation for owners who require use of their own property in the holiday season or to make it available at various times throughout the year for friends / relatives etc. - It is basically a situation where both the owner andÝdeveloper liaise together and agree how many weeks would be available for letting (and when) during the course of the year. The amount of weeks let would then determine the amount of income received - There is obviously no guarantee of income with this plan.

Option 3 - Guaranteed Leaseback PlanÝ

This will be aÝguaranteed fixed monthly income over a 12 month period (1 year) - Ideal for owners who need regular payments to cover monthly outgoings. Owners may not use the property during the lease period but may rent a similar style property. Income figures would depend on the size of the property purchased but would be less (for obvious reasons) that the income or potential incomeÝreceived in Options 1 and 2.

Running Costs
